Shortcut virus removal in USB Pendrive, PC, Hard disk, memory cards

We use Pendrives often and when we plug in our pen drive, memory cards or even mobile phone through USB cable into our windows PC USB port sometimes we are annoyed to see our files changed into shortcut files, even this shortcut virus affects PC Hard disks.

What is Shortcut Virus?
I have seen this problem in PC having antivirus too, when your Pen drive, PC, Hard Disk, Memory cards or mobile phone got infected by some anonymous malware, they change your files into shortcuts with the original folder icons.

Just follow the below given steps to remove, delete, wipe out or whatever the shortcut virus from your pen drive, memory cards or even mobile phone and recover back your files.

Step 1:-  Insert your affected Pen-Drive into computer.

Step 2:-  Open the Shortcut Remover program.

Step 3:-  Click on Browse and select the infected USB (named as YOYO in this case) and click Ok.

Step 4:-  Click on Remove Virus. Thats it!!! now wait 30 sec. (approx).

Step 5:-  Copy the main Files and Folders (not the shortcut one).

After pressing Remove Virus "Open Your Pen Drive" and you can see your lost files and folders along with the shortcut files and folders.

So, That's It. Enjoy your virus free pen drive again.
